On the Eve, Eve of the Iowa Caucus...Let The Election Games Begin!

......Romney leads at 24 percent, Paul has 22 percent and Rick Santorum, 15 percent.

Newt Gingrich is at 12 percent, Rick Perry, 11 percent, and Michele Bachmann, 7 percent.

The total of Gingrich, Perry and Bachmann is 30

Take half of Gingrich 6, 2/3^rds of Perry's 9 and 6.85 of Bachmann and total it 21.85 add to Santorum you get 15 plus 21.85 you get 36.85.

Now, take the other half of *Gingrich 6, the remainder of Perry 2, and .15 of Bachmann give it to let’s just say Romney and not Paul because Paul has pretty much leveled out. Anyway, give it to Romney which the total is 8.15 and he has 24 plus 8.15 and that is 32.15. This is less than Santorum but more than Paul.

Romney 32.15
Paul 22

*The wild card in the deal is Gingrich because he appeals to independents and moderates more of those could be spread out over Paul and Romney instead making it more of a two man race but I don’t think so considering how the spread shows the way it spreads across the remaining three candidates. People are still trying to make a decision. We have our top three but who knows who the others will spread the vote out in the next primary. Remember, it came down to Romney and Huckabee in 2008 which is a moderate/conservative vote and that is what the fight is about. Really no difference here just a little more dicey.

That is the vote for a Santorum-Conservative vote spread out over the others right now and that is my best guess if the others dropped out today. We will see.

Komen Foundation Awareness for Breast Cancer – a self proclaimed organization who works at saving the lives of women diagnosed with breast cancer and Planned Parenthood – an anti-life organization that seeks extractions of human life for financial gain. Alabama Republican Party winner of the straw poll as declared Presidential Candidate Herman Cain with 47% on Saturday, 13, 2011 Summer event. I would make this distinction for any of the other declared candidates as well if they had of won. The ALGOP is tauting the winner R.Perry who was undeclared at the time. This report stinks to high heaven with no mention of top DECLARED WINNER.

Perry wasn't a candidate at the time of this poll. I wonder if Palin got any write-in votes that were simply not reported? Why didn't they just say Bachmann won because she was female or Paul won because he's got the nicest grey-hair? Do you see my point?

Texas Gov. Rick Perry is no rock star neither is he beloved by all Texans contrary to the talking heads on the tube. From all accounts he is a RINO, yes, a Republican In Name Only. What happened to the Birds and Fish?

Like you, I find it interesting that thousands of birds dropped from the sky with no explanation. We do find more information coming out now, not just supposition or best guess scenarios.

On December 31, 2010 New Year's Eve weather radar in Beebe, Arkansas saw something on the radar. Watch Video where the birds fell:

We also have learned that earlier in December on the 16th the weather patterns circled back around to Canada from the U.S. which does not happen. Watch Video:

Now we are getting a report about the birds and what could have possibly happened. Watch Video:

What have we learned here?

1) Weather goes in the opposition direction 15 days before the bird incident. This may or may not be related.
2) Something shows up on weather radar above where the birds fell to the ground. No one can explain what that "something" is.
3) Best guess on deaths of birds blunt force trauma. Did the ground cause it or the "something" that showed up on weather radar.
4) How does the dead animal incident relate to the December 16th weather pattern?
5) Why did the fish die and is it related?
6) What are some saying could have caused both animals deaths?
7) Could certain type of vibrations have caused both these delicate animals to perish? Could sound be an issue. One of the reports in Beebe, Arkansas said they heard a sound before the birds dropped and didn't explain the sound nor did they think it fireworks. So what was it?
8) The radar indicated something at 1300-1400 feet above and it did move and a higher energy that returned to the radar. The birds were flying low.

The distance between the 5,000 birds(5 miles) and the 100,000 fish(twenty miles the fish covered) were 125 miles apart. The weather radar event was above where any fireworks were. Does this sound funny to you or maybe something people might have said in the days of Noah?

So, we are expected to get excited about the Republican Party as they parade out their leader Michael Steele who has been in hiding since last spring. He is going around the country on a bus protesting Nancy Pelosi. And to think someone donated good money to do this too.

Michael Steele launched the campaign to 'Fire Pelosi'(Read article) after the Obama Health Care Bill was signed into law. While I agree that the Health Care Bill is egregious and that Nancy Pelosi should be fired, it seems silly to me to get excited over a public relations gimmick waging a war on her firing? Do they really think someone will walk into her office and hand her a pink slip? How about the issues, legislation, really good legislation sitting out there, not being debated right now? How about REPEALS of these horrific bills they have signed into law? Isn't it our job to hand our representative the pink slip, WE THE PEOPLE, Nov. 2?

As a tea party supporter, I would be more excited about Republican leadership focusing on an issue like a laser beam to turn this country around in a more productive effort. Tea Party people recognize when the Republicans as well as Democrats are exercising their famous smoke and mirrors campaign and this is just another one, they are attempting to cozy up to the tea party movement. The 'Fire Pelosi' is a feeble attempt by the Republican Party to capture the excitement and energy the tea parties have fostered for almost 2 years. Listen to his words....nothing substantive, bankrupt are adjectives that come to mind. See if you agree?

This little exercise in futility being played out in the media and in our town is nothing more than the Republicans gearing up to capture the victory on November 2, 2010. We already know a huge win is looming on the horizon and it's not because of anything the Republican Party has done in a positive way. It is solely because of the Tea Party movement coming on the scene. We are in this mess because the Republicans have played politics voting against the will of the people and said essentially leave us alone. WE have let this go on too long.

The Republicans in the media and online in recent weeks, have been laying the ground work to point fingers at themselves, to say the Republican's win is grounded in their own laurels. To jump start their effort to claim victory, we first saw Carl Rove, a Republican Leader saying Republicans will win big this Fall but then later he attacked the win of the tea party candidate O'Donnell by not supporting her and she is on the Republican ticket. While we all thought that was horrible, we took sides and he was admonished by the local and state Republican leadership. Carl Rove gave them an easy out to save their local little power houses and make it look as if local Republicans were on board with the O'Donnell tea party types in their own states and districts.

What big idea, or positive issue or bill has the Republicans stood behind and supported in the last five or even ten years? Nada. They have done nothing in fact do you remember TARP 1, TARP 2, Cash For Clunkers, Cash For Refrigerators? How about the 'Fire Pelosi' Bus Tour? The Republicans got behind these. Do you remember how utterly angry you were when you called and emailed your representatives not to do it? Most of the Republicans will be returned to power after November 2. But they have no solid legislation issue in the 2010 election. They are counting on the failure and the backlash against the current administration. We need ordinary citizens getting behind and getting passed excellent legislation, to return power back to WE THE PEOPLE. We need REPEAL on many issues, not just Obama's Health Care Bill. We need Conservative people getting behind Conservatives, running for office, walking their neighborhoods, getting out the conservative tea party vote, registering to vote, educating and informing others. What are you doing?

The 'Fire Pelosi' Bus Tour is currently driving through Alabama. (Read Article) Unlike the tea party they have all their signs printed with no photos just big bold words that can be read at a nice distance and by cameras? These would be called sanitized signs to not offend anyone. Unlike those creative signs from the tea party. Steele was interviewed this morning on one of the early talking shows and he couldn't even remember the name of the city the bus was in!

This play acting by the two parties along with the media before our eyes is scripted. It's from a page out of the political playbook, it's politics at it's best worse. The difference is the sleeping giant is awake and WE THE PEOPLE aren't buying it this time.

On November 3, life returns to a new normalcy but we are watching, counting the votes and expecting accountability. It will be a new day. It already is.

Alabama's Tea Party Movement Making Change One Election At A Time

Though many will simply just choose to ignore the truth, many know better.(If you live in the bizarro world of the mainstream media, don't bother to read this. It is a positive article about the wonderful Tea Party Movement in America.)

Two million people arrived in Washington D.C. September 12, 2009 to express their dissatisfaction of their representatives who have thwarted the will of WE THE PEOPLE when they had been asked, told and demanded otherwise. Little was reported in the media about this unprecedented event that took place at America’s Shining City on the Hill, except by the attendees who utilized their cell phones, blogs and radio talk shows. These people recognized that deep burning in their hearts called America but didn’t just leave it there.

Almost a year has passed, these two million now have multiplied their numbers and transferred that fervor to their family, friends and co-workers. All across the nation, these people are carrying the confidence to say ‘no’ to establishment candidates in this election year. The event from last fall has continued a movement that started just a little over a year ago. We can see a reflection and hear the heartbeat in America, called the patriot. They are saying, ‘Enough is Enough!’

In Alabama, hundreds of thousands of voters have said enough in the current gubernatorial primary and run-off election. They have said, ‘No’ to the establishment and ‘No’ to the way things have been done in the past. The voters are fine tuning their requirements to political parties that have gone amuck and awry.

The resounding ‘no’ came from a body of WE THE PEOPLE regardless the party. Though many of the winners were not new movement candidates, the results reflected voters who were scrutinizing every inch of the process and the candidates themselves.

What we did see was a sort of changing of the guard. The establishment wasn’t abolished but only left floundering to fight another day. The winner of the run-off received 12% percent more votes than his top contender and this win was one that came from a supposed dark horse candidate. Voters are tired of Washington, D.C. controlling us like cattle to a slaughter and locally Alabamians spoke out regarding their elected officials.

The vote came from the new movement and resulted in saying 'no.' These votes all originated from lovers of the U.S. Constitution, service men and women and partakers of the American life who may have visited Washington, D.C., September 12, 2009. These people realized from those days a sense of urgency that cannot be wasted on just any political candidate. We are now experiencing the affects of this new movement, the tea party movement whether we choose to recognize it as such or not.

Regardless how or where the winner of the Alabama Gubernatorial GOP runoff candidate received his votes, he won his parties favor and it may not be the ideal outcome but it is a start. He also has the backing of democrats, republicans, conservatives, libertarians, blacks, whites, and the list goes on. The tea party is not a political party, it is a movement. This is what the tea parties are about. Americans coming together for America and to Restore the Constitutional Republic.

WE THE PEOPLE in sync with American politics. It is manifesting itself in the current election cycle in Alabama and across the nation. The powers that be have awakened the sleepy little giant in 2009 and WE THE PEOPLE have been telling our families, friends and foes about the goodness of America ever since. WE THE PEOPLE are awake and speaking up with our vote.

I find that she is a very interesting character with lots of knowledge, plenty of background and full of surprises. If you ask whether or not I would vote for her, I won't tell you but I really think if this Lt. Governor thing doesn't work out for her, maybe she should get her marketing people to come up with her a new marketing campaign for the 'Kay Brigade'. She could have a cleaning service complete with her own designer products. It should turn out to be a great adventure!

Alabama Tim James 2010 Gov. Candidate Makes International News

It seems that every time I turn on the television or look at the news on the internet, I see someone talking about the Tim James advertisement that has exploded on the scene. News media such as Drudge Report, World Net Daily , RealClearPolitics and others have captured this little tidbit of upheaval in the 2010 Alabama gubernatorial race.

FoxNews commentary, Juan Williams interviewed Tim James to inquire about his recent ad.

Tim James, business man and 2010 gubernatorial candidate for Alabama has silenced his opponents in the race and run-up to the primaries June 1. According to his campaign, he created several videos in February and has just recently posted the 'language video' ad on television. The ad has become controversial according to the current national administration and the tide of media siding with anti-conservative/unconstitutional sentiment already in the U.S. Many groups have made it known that a globalist, highly tolerant atmosphere to all people is the norm of the day, but is it? These globally minded groups are doing just the opposite with smothering the markers put in place by our founders for freedom and liberty. Instead of nurturing these, they only hurt to suppress and eliminate them.

Some may say that the Tim James ad has gone too far in light of the recent passing of the illegal immigration law in Arizona but like the Arizona law, Tim James is just stating the obvious common sense kind of thinking that is lacking today. They both reflect the failure of the federal government to act to protect the people and allow individual state governments to make decisions as sovereign governing bodies that they should be as outlined in the U.S. Constitution.

Have we gotten that far from 1773 that we cannot find our way back? I hope not. If we would just enforce the laws currently on the books now, we wouldn't need such laws and controversy. We've gotten ourselves in this mess by being silent for many years. Can we right the wrongs before it's too late?

Great speech but do you really think the GOP get it? We've begged them to pass great bills for years and years but they took a deaf ear and ignored us. Let me tell you just a couple of bills that would have kept us from this horrible demise we see in this false healthcare bill. The FairTax and Audit the Fed Bills. I'm not going to tire you with the details now go do your own research. Both bills have been around for years.

Anyway, people I talk to say these politicians are just that politicians, two-sides of the same coin and that the GOPers are simply preening their feathers waiting to get their turn at the power regardless how they got there.

Why Should I Vote For Former Democrat Bradley Byrne As Governor?

Let's read from his website,

"Most recently, Bradley was appointed by the Alabama State Board of Education in May 2007 as Chancellor of the Alabama Department of Postsecondary Education, to serve as the chief executive officer of Alabama’s two-year college system. The system was plagued with well-publicized problems. An entrenched system of corruption needed great reforms to return to the core mission of educating students and preparing them for the workforce. Bradley’s reform efforts were successful. Working with a dedicated team, Bradley righted the two-year college system, and the ongoing effort to serve students and the people of Alabama has been refocused to its proper goals."

Okay lots of fluff there but my thought is this, it says he was "appointed" which translates to being picked by his peers. Well, that's okay but WE THE PEOPLE didn't find him worthy to elect him into office, his peers picked him. Granted he had to have earned it but it's a different economy now. In the 2010 primaries, we have our opportunity to get it right.

The next thing is that I've heard conservative Republican minded parents of elementary school children say that they were going to vote for former Democrat Bradley Byrne because he has stood-up for education and against Paul Hubbert the Executive Secretary of the AEA. Again, being picked as Chancellor of the two-year colleges, has NOTHING to do with elementary schools. The pickers were from the LARGEST UNION in Alabama, the Alabama State Board of Education. Besides, on al.com it was reported, "He[Byrne] fought the organization over a ban on legislators working at two-year colleges and other education jobs." It doesn't sound like this union boss was picking a fight, there was no need too. Frankly, former Democrat Byrne saw an opportunity to push himself in the limelight of Alabamians and created a crisis.

These parents that I spoke too, have heard that something good has been said about education and that the good thing will leach over into their own child's elementary education. These parents are uninformed. They should dig deeper and do their research not just listening but reading! Forget the corruption that he wiped out some tidbit of corruption on a couple of legislators from colleges during his time as Chancellor. Is your child's education really improved as a result of his time in this office? If you live in or near a large city in Alabama, you may not see much change but if you live in a more rural part of Alabama, you know that there is much inequality to a district that has few tax dollars and fewer voters. The two never add up the same.

I would entertain the thought and it's a long shot that former Democrat Bradley Byrne was primed for this 2010 election way back when. It's a long shot but wouldn't it be a funny coincidence if former Democrat Bradley Byrne changed his party affiliation to run for governor of Alabama? Alabama is a red state and politicians know that. Even more of a coincidence would be for Senator Richard Shelby to retire in 2011/12 and former Democrat Bradley Byrne as Governor appoint Bob Riley as Senator. Nothing is impossible. Stranger things have happened before.

I remember another candidate in 2006 that reminds me of the former Democrat Bradley Byrne and his campaign.

Roy Moore 2010 Republican candidate for governor in Alabama has seen his share of conflict in the recent past. His character and integrity has been sliced and diced like julienne fries as Chief Justice. His stand on the issues of God and the Ten Commandments have afforded him the only candidate which has had extreme pressure placed on him yet he has managed to float to the top like the cream from the milk.

In Alabama, we are living in a volatile time. Taxes are almost certain to rise, jobs are being lost and promises broken. We see examples of good for bad and bad for good, who do we trust? We are sick and tired of seeing elected officials that don't keep their word. Do we elect someone that has demonstrated the ability to emerge from the fire only to fight another day? We need someone that has stood the test of time. There are three people that constitutionally have authority to protect Alabamians from the federal government, it is the local sheriff, the attorney general and the governor. Do you know who they are? Who will stand in the gap for you if push comes to shove?

Can you believe it's been one year since the tea party movement began? I remember sitting in front of the television day after day watching political heads march out to the cameras while the stock market went down, down, down.

Thanks to Mr. Rick Santelli for standing up on cable television and saying what many Americans were thinking. Day after day, citizens of this great country were seeing their stocks drop in January 2009 and were screaming for the media to stand up and say, "Enough is Enough", "We've had it" but they never did. WE THE PEOPLE had to do it. We've allowed our high taxes to occur for years, spending keeps sky rocketing and jobs are being lost each day. When Rick Santelli stood up a year ago, nothing has been the same since. Thousands upon thousands have marched in small town, cities and in Washington, D.C. to display the largest show of protests on Washington to ever occur surpassing the inauguration of America's first black president.

In 2010, we are seeing a revealing of a ominous abuse of political power to force us to have government health insurance that we do not wish to have in Universal Healthcare. We know the deck is stacked against us in this matter.

Thanks Mr. Santelli for waking us up to all that is happening in our country and to the Constitution. Mr. Santelli is now considered the 'father' of the tea party movement.

Alabamians Don’t Do ‘Gansta’ Style Politics, Mr. Martin

An article by Roland SSSSSSSS. Martin, political analyst for CNN proposes in an article entitled, “Time for Obama to go 'gangsta' on GOP ” is totally absurd and ludicrous at best.

In his article he whines about being sick and tired of “Democrats having power and being unwilling to use it.”

He nefariously sights a civil rights activist by laying claim to his argument about being sick and tired. I understand when he talks about being sick and tired of his party not wrangling the power but I don't get the part when he says “they deserve”. I don’t think “they deserve" power. Like anything else you have to learn it or earn it. This administration has not learned or earned it. I ask, “Are you better off today, than you were a year ago?” Promises are continuing to be made by this administration knowing that they cannot be fulfilled. It’s not magic and a wand cannot be waved and it be so.

Mr. Martin is whining about the fact that the President is being stopped in his tracks when he tries to appoint people to posts and the Senate stops them. I say, welcome to Washington. That is how politics is played, if you don’t like it pack up your bags and go home. This is not silly games on the playground.

He sights that our own Senator Richard Shelby has been one of the key people in stopping the President getting his way. He calls him an “obstructionist”. Though I do not like Senator Shelby running up our debt by voting for trillions of dollars and strapping us with higher taxes, I am glad he is considered an obstructionist. The dig from columnist Martin goes deeper though because if he attacks Senator Shelby he attacks Americans and Alabamians, all of us who aspire to freedom, liberty and a love for free market capitalism.

Mr. Martin tells his readers to “channel your inner Al Capone and go gangsta against your foes. Let ‘em know that if they aren’t with you, they are against you, and you will pay the price.” What on earth is he referring to when he says, “They will pay the price” for not getting their way? Al Capone and his gang were known for shooting up and killing their enemies. Is that what Mr. Martin is suggesting?

I don’t know about you, but from all that I know about Chicago, people either come up missing or they meet their maker sooner than later if they go against the establishment. Is that what “go gansta” means?

Are We Seeing A 'New Wave' Of American Patriot?

One thing can be said about the Tea Party movement in 2009: it unknowingly showcased many of the 2010 candidates that have decided to run for office. The emergence of the Tea Parties has included a surge of black as well as white Americans speaking at these events heralding the goodness of our freedoms, liberties and free-market capitalistic society. Our media have painted the American way of life and history as a bad thing and side with European ideals of "group think" and socialist ruling. With the election of the first black President, Barack Obama in 2008, who has governed in direct opposition to historic American values, many have seen an urgent need to run for office to return us to our historical beginnings in respect to the Constitution. The election of the first black person to the land's highest office did indeed occur in 2008, but it was from the Democrat-Liberal-Left-leaning side of the aisle which is vastly opposite our history. With so much radical change occurring in the American political arena in 2009 that the Washington elite did not count on, the question is, are we seeing a 'new wave' of candidates from the black community? After watching these videos and examining the candidates' websites, I can't help but reflect on how the effects of the the Lincoln-Douglas Debates that happened many years ago could have had on these men and the generations before them. I am reminded of Republican President Abraham Lincoln who halted the expansion of owning slaves westward by ending the Civil War which put an end to states seceding from the Union less than 200 years ago. Lincoln and Douglas were only two men, but the effect of that debate heralded a fire-storm of freedom for the future.

In 2010 we have come a long way but we have a long way to go. I've learned a lesson as an adult that freedom is never completely free, you have to work at it and nurture it. I'll be keeping a watchful eye on all the candidates in 2010 regardless of their racial makeup. The American citizen cannot waste one vote toward a candidate that will no longer listen, no longer represent us and no longer stand for our country's freedom, liberty and free market capitalism. These men happen to be black but they are a force that has emerged standing for freedom, liberty and an opportunity to save our country. These men, these American men, recognize and have come alongside the Lincolns' and Douglas' of today like the Lincoln-Douglas of yesterday. We must awaken. We must continue what our founding fathers began in 1773. We must come together in 2010 and put our racial differences aside and stop believing in the falsehood of "hope and change" that this socialistic administration is forcing upon us. "Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall" surprisingly found in the Bible in the book of Luke. Another famous quote, which is attributed to Aesop is "United we stand, divided we fall." This idea still holds true. The Jessie Jackson's, Al Sharpton's and Louis Farakan's of our day need to move over, the 'new wave' of the American Patriot is coming aboard! They are bent on turning this ship back around and appear to be heading at full speed ahead. We had a glimpse of what's behind us in 2009 and it was not what is good for America. Oh wait, did someone say that it's groundhogs day? Well, if the PETA(People eating tasty animals) organization has their way, the day of the groundhog is over. I agree! I've never seen a live groundhog except in the zoo! I say let 'em go. Release those critters back into the wild from hence they came.

I contend that since so many raccoons come to the road to sleep anyway that maybe they've developed some sort of "post traumatic raccoon syndrome." Maybe they've developed this because the groundhog has become an elite symbol for many years. The elusive raccoon's time has come. We should give him his rightful place in society. The raccoon should become the newest celebrated animal that we recognize on February 2. We would forever say that summer will be hot when the raccoon has snow on his fur on February 2.

Alabama Legislators Asleep at the Wheel?

Or are they? It is an election year and the legislators will go into panic mode once again. They will play politics as usual to devise their plans to keep the two party system the status quo. The tax payer/worker bee will suffer in this election because tax revenues are down, way, way, down and everyone knows that the government doesn’t actually generate money. It’s the hard working joe six pack. We are putty in the politicians' hands in any given election year and this one is no different?

The 2010 Alabama legislation is about to begin this week Jan. 12, 2010 and if you read the article from the Birmingham News you get more of a sense that Alabama legislators are more concerned about state revenue being down, which translates into not being able to fund their pet projects. We know that pork and ear marks, lobbyists and pet projects keep the greasy voter wheel slick in an election year. This year will be more of a challenge because the federal government is not playing footsies with the states and WE THE PEOPLE and their Constitution are getting trampled on so they have a two-sided problem to solve.

In the article, there is no mention of the three bills that will be introduced on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 where it's expected that thousands of concerned citizens and tea party goers will rally for there support at NOON in front of the State House to demand quick and easy passage of State Sovereignty, HealthCare Amendment and Firearms/Gun Ammo Bill. WE THE PEOPLE will meet with our legislators and ask for quick passage to protect our state and it’s people.

The article mentions: "sobering budget outlooks to debates over gambling, ethics and taxes....as well as charter schools." Where does it mention the three that I just listed above? With the federal government about to take over 1/6th of our economy and our Constitution be trampled on what recourse do we as citizens have against a tyrannical government, very little. Our second line of defense is states rights and that is where these three pieces of legislation come in if the federal legislation is passed.

If the three pieces of legislation aren't seriously consider and passed soon in our state you can get ready to pay for healthcare insurance or be fined for not doing so. The time is now with multiple attempts made to get it passed. Soon, our federal government may be forcing upon us a product that we do not choose to purchase which is unconstitutional. We need to join Tennessee, Alaska and soon 33 other states to declare our state sovereignty in which the federal government cannot force this on us as well as keeping our right to bear arms including not having to register firearm ammunition.

Do you see now why these three pieces should be passed now? Have you been asleep?

Roll Tide. What? IMPEACH GOV.BOB RILEY...

Where did that come from? I'm talking about the banner over the Pasadena Rosebowl that says, IMPEACH CORRUPT GOVERNOR BOB RILEY. I just knew that since UFO sightings had gone up 400% over the last year we might see one over the BCS National Championship Game tonight but no tamale as they say, whoever 'they' are.

But, if one did, I'm sure it would have said, "Go Bama", right? Well, the game has just started and instead of wasting my time figuring out who would want to impeach the Governor of the great state of Alabama, I'll simply finish this blog post and go watch the game. I'm not really an Tuscaloosa-Alabama football fan but I do live in Alabama and will manage to suffer through it somehow.

If you want to know what it's been like to live here this week or this football season to hear all the crap from THE MOST obnoxious group of people you would ever want to meet, let me just say it's akind to Obama winning President. I think you get the picture. Now ROLL TIDE, whatever that means.

I'm still wondering, who purchased the banner? I can see the why, I think but... anyway, what must the world think about the residents who live in Alabama? They already know that 'we' in the south are rednecks, proud rednecks but none-the-less rednecks. This is just another notch on the tree that reaffirms that fact.

Could Obama Beer be in the future?

The Obama's vacation in Kailua, Hawaii occurs amidst an attempted terrorist attack on our country. I'm still waiting for a news conference from the President. I wonder if there will be one? Can you say 911? Can you say another LARGE CARBON FOOT PRINT! Is Camp David closed now?

Anyway, Kailua, Hawaii is home to one of the country's top breweries of beer. The Kona Brewery Company which brews some of the finest beers in the world. They list five of their best beers on their website two of which are: "Long Island Lager"and "Fire Rock Pale Ale". I wonder if one will be named in honor of President Obama since he regularly takes his vacation on this lovely island?

Let's give them some help? Maybe the beer could be called "44" since he is the forty-fourth" President of the U.S. I'm sure if former President Bush had of had one named after him it would have been simply "W". Do you remember former President Carter's brother Billy who had a beer called Billy Beer? It went over with a flop like the presidency of his brother. Believe it or not you can get this full six pack of beer on Ruby Lane's website for $39 dollars! Before the election of Barack Obama a restaurant in New York named their fried chicken on their menu 'Obama Fried Chicken' . They've had the likes of Rev. Al Sharpton protesting, saying this name was racially motivated but I'm guessing Mr. Sharpton to stay in business himself he has to draw attention to such absurdities?

Anyway, the new label could be just "BO" for Barack Obama but BO could be misinterpreted to mean body odor. Now, we couldn't have that. Maybe it could be called "Lefty" which could have a double meaning since he writes with his left-hand and leans to the left-side of liberalism. They could just label it with an "L" but again it could be misinterpreted as "looser" and we couldn't have that either. If any of the previous aren't workable names then maybe just a photo or image of him like the ones seen here. The HOPE poster was used during the campaign which referred to his mantra of HOPE. Maybe after you drink the beer you HOPE you have a job or you HOPE it has some taste or maybe you HOPE you won't have a hangover.

It could be labeled with the poster image of the cartoon character the "Joker" which was created out of the tea party movement as a poster referring to his shaking hands with social dictators such as Hugo Chavez, Muammar al-Gaddafi and others.

The beer could take on a more deified quality and the label could refer to the God-like figure seen here by an artist or a Julius Caesar type figure. Maybe the label could be a plain one referring to the working man like the one seen here on the left. The slogan could read the Working Mans Beer, Simple, FREE and full of sweat.

Whatever label to name it, the taste could entail a light body brew that is weak in taste and leaves you penniless. It comes with a strong aftertaste wishing you had never purchased the brew to begin with. It comes with a high price and will CHANGE your life, your families' life and your country forever. Aloha!

W.W.J.D.-U.S. Senate Votes to Pay for Abortions

If you are a U.S. Senator and returning home for Christmas to your family, your friends and to the people who voted for you, how is your conscience about now?

The U.S. Senate has just voted to proceed with a bill that is at best the worst bill to ever to be written. It pays for abortions, it gives ACORN money to operate, it dictates every aspect of our lives, it takes control over 1/6th of our economy, it calls for sending a person to jail if they don't sign-up and pay for their own HEALTHCARE i.e. $750 is the fine and $3500 for having healthcare-it applies to everyone. It will cost the income and wage earner trillions and that is trillion with a capital "T" for FREE HEALTHCARE, I might add. We will be paying for Nebraska's Medicare in total which will occur as a result of a bribe to acquire Rep. Ben Nelson's vote. It is the 100,000 Million dollar bribe. Written in the bill are areas of legislation where there is no option for repeal of any kind.

Let me remind you that when the Pandora's Box has been opened does anything return as before and it is closed? I will remind you that the draconian income tax bill which was enacted in 1913 has never been reversed or repealed. It puts us as income and wage earners on our knees to unwillfully give-up money through our pay checks every day, every week and every year. Our U.S. representatives, help themselves to the platter of money when they vote on such bills like the HealthCare Reform Bill that our Senators have just voted in favor. Do you know Mr. FICA? Have you heard of the FairTax?

The most egregious effect of this bill is that our Constitution has been trampled on. Our representatives have failed to uphold this document by voting for this bill and forcing us to buy a product that we do not want. The bill is unconstitutional. Our government is out of control.

What would Jesus do? I don't know but I have an idea that if Rome had of enacted this healthcare i.e. paying for abortions as a decree during the time of his birth, Mary and Joseph would have fled and he would still been born.

Is Jesus happy with this decision? I don't know that either but one thing is for sure those who have made this decision will be judged accordingly by their creator, their judge and their God. I just wish that these representatives didn't represent me as a U.S. citizen because where one is judged we are all guilty.

As you all know, (because the media is curious and won’t leave me alone), I had a single-car accident earlier this week, (I can only drive one car at a time and cannot really remember the exact day or time of an accident), and sustained some injuries, (I looked in the mirror and can’t for the wife of me-sorry-the life of me, to tell you how I actually got them). I have some cuts, bruising and right now I'm pretty sore. (Actually, I am pi#$ed-off! When I finally come to my senses, I will probably give my wife a good tongue-lashing and remove her from my will.)

This situation is my fault, (I really am a stupid professional golf champion and have to save face for my wife, my family and career, “How did O.J. do it?”) and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I'm human and I'm not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn't happen again. (Please show me pity by what I say and not what I do.)

This is a private matter, (Everyone BUTT OUT!) and I want to keep it that way, (You ain’t getting anymore from me, leave me the heck alone). Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible. (It’s all lies, lies and more lies, this will finish off all the rumors once and for all).

The only person responsible for the accident is me. (I’m playing the man is stupid card, yeah, that will work). My wife, Elin, (the smart, intelligent, sexy, blonde bombshell) acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. (I owe her everything, I am so stupid.) She was the first person to help me.(The only person and how stupid I was, she could have killed me with a golf club, just one good whack on the forehead). Any other assertion is absolutely false.

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, (her plan didn’t work) our family and me, (I get the kids and divorce is not an option, she gets nothing as written in the prenupt). I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received.(Pests) But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be. (More Pests, The final BUTT OUT!!!!).

Rep. Spencer Bachus Town Hall Video August 17, 2009

Just in case you missed the town hall meeting in Birmingham, Alabama here's a short video clip I found on YouTube this morning. It has a few interviews from residents, constituents and concerned citizens from his district. If you are looking for action, this is not the one to watch but you can watch the one below it with Rep. Barney Frank. The Alabama one was calm and uneventful when it comes to town hall's during the '09 summer recess. I guess it's telling the Alabama representative has voted the way in which his constituents are pleased. Some say, 'yes'. Some say, 'no'. Rep. Bachus voted for the TARP Bill and CASH for CLUNKERS(the democrat's latest social program). He also headed up the campaign for 2008 Presidential Candidate John McCain in Alabama, who lost. Let me ask you, are you better off today than you were a year ago? You be the judge, elections are coming up in a little over a year, Go to the polls and let your voices be heard.

I'm just glad we don't have town hall meetings like the one held in Rep. Barney Frank's district. See the videos below for some action!

Alabama Banks Out /State Gov. Sticks It To The Man

It is worse than most people think. Sorry, to be pessimistic but another domino in a sequence of events occurred yesterday and Al.com has not reported it as of 8:13a.m. 8-15-09. Additionally, there wasn't a parade and the earth didn't shake, rattle or roll or did it? (Read the article by Jim Willie entitled: "Pressue (Countdown) Toward Breakdown" as it relates to our current banking meltdown.)

According to a report by the Associated Press, "Colonial BancGroup Inc., a big lender in real estate development" was shut down in Alabama along with three others in Alabama. The Winston-Salem based group will absorb almost 100% of Colonial Bank Branches as well as many in Florida. The banks are failing because of an economy where people are afraid to spend and simply just don't have the extra monies to invest. Others aren't spending because of expectations of higher taxes and job cuts and losses. One example of higher taxes being envoked because of mis-handling of tax-payer dollars over years and years of levying the tax on workers who have been given the priviledge of working in Jefferson County.

We see the Birmingham City government who has acquired high debt. Now our own governor finds it necessary to step-in and votes 'yes' to re-instituting a known illegal occupational tax that will do very little if any to boost the cities' economy. How can anyone say raising taxes will be a good thing? The New York Times reports that it's a "rescuing tax". What does New York know about Alabama? Besides, we fought against them in the civil war. I thought we were passed that by now. Anyway, rumored reports indicate that our own Republican "no tax" Governor is being tauted for a U.S. Presidential run in 2012. Really?

The article goes on to say that government employees can begin to return to work. Is this the rescue? Will these employees vote for Governor Riley when he runs for President? Time will tell but in the private-sector when a business mismanages it's finances and goes out of business, there is NO SUGAR DADDY to bail them out of dire-straits. The government should butt-out and let the free market be the free market. We need smaller government.

Here's the breakdown on the Alabama legislative house vote according to the AlabamaFoxNewsBlog.

"First vote: 14 yeas, 15 nays, 36 abstention, 37 not voting, 1 absent
Second vote: 17 yeas, 15 nays, 36 abstention, 34 not voting, 1 absent"

Let me shed some light on the previous numbers. The first vote(why is it necessary for a 1st and second vote, doesn't holding the finger-in-the-wind trick work anymore?) The 'yes' vote s consist of legislators who have a vested financial or future electorial interest in the matter. The fifteen 'nays' are either statesmen, entune with their constituents or are facing a relection vote soon. Now the amazing thing to me are the 36 and 37(which equal 73) abstinance and not voting votes. These are probably the one's that don't have a dog-in-fight so they simply didn't vote.

“Sen. Larry Means, D-Attalla, stayed out of the issue. Means said he did not vote because he considers the Jefferson County tax a local issue that should be decided by Jefferson County legislators.” as reported in the Gadsden Times.

The battle comes down to the second vote between the 'yeas' and 'nays'. This is the real vote. Let's look at these a little closer.

David Grimes voted on the second vote only with a 'no'. He represents Montgomery-Montgomery County.

Do you find this odd that 99% of the people who voted in the second vote that pushed the vote over the top do not even live in Jefferson County? Someone or something encouraged the m to vote to pass it.

Let's look at the Senate side now. The vote came down to the senate passing the bill 12-9 with 10 abstentions. After looking at the house, does this vote surprise us with the 10 abstain vote s or no-dog-in-the-fight vote. Let's look at the 12-9 vote. Al.com indicates from the Associated Press reports

Senator Waggoner said, "If this tax does not pass it will be a black eye. It will be a black eye not only on Jefferson County, but the entire state." I'm thinking a 'no' vote for a man with the nickname JABO might not look so good. I wonder if he thought that a 'yes' vote might leave a black-eye on him when it comes to his legacy and the next election cycle?

Senator Beason best summed it up by saying, that he "voted against the bill, saying it doesn’t address the county’s virtually insurmountable debt. "We’re dealing with a situation where Jefferson County is the worst run county, probably in the country." He could have added besides California where a so-called Republican Guvi-nator thinks raising taxes is the answer like to many democrats.

Whatever happened to being fiscally responsible, cutting back, trimming the fat and working inside a budget. I guess when you have a taxpayer base that are being treated like cattle to the slaughter, we can expect our elected representatives to help themselves to the tax buffet in good times and bad. It's up to the voters to change the menu on election day.

Alabama VOTES for CASH FOR CLUNKERS

"Hey Jethro, let's get that car from the barn, get her runnin' and see if we can get some CASH for that ole' CLUNKER!" People across the nation are flocking to get in on this deal before it ends. They are actively participating in a citizen friendly-way/state-run business program by the U.S. government. It is called the CARS program where our government gives car owners $3,500 or $4,500 for their old cars or trucks, so they will buy a fuel-efficient vehicle. Let me ask you two things, 1)What has the government ever run successfully?; 2)When someone gives you FREE money, aren't there strings attached? (By-the-way the money wasn't FREE, it was tax dollars and some of the people got this money who don't even put into our draconian tax system and benefited from this social program)

This ill-conceived and poorly-run government program is a subtle way to get us ready for socialized medicine, which is coming soon. What a great way to prepare millions of Americans. Have you read Mark Levine's book that talks about exactly this type of thing that we are being groomed for now, entitled, "Liberty and Tyranny"? It's like being in a crowded room and throwing a stack of hundred dollar bills into the air and watching the mania begin.

Al.com has posted an article online that explains that the CASH FOR CLUNKERS program has saddled two of the local dealerships with a "floating $180,000" and another "$157,000" and further explains that they will have to close their businesses if they don't get paid soon. When Universal Healthcare is enacted, will you and your family be hanging in the balance when our government runs out of money to pay for you or your family's special medical condition? The way I see it, if taxes are down and the government can't come through on reimbursing the dealers do you think it's a stretch to say you will left out to dry when it comes to your medical care if you are depending on the goverment for your healthcare?

In Alabama, six of the seven congressmen voted FOR an additional 2 BILLION of our money to be given to this CASH FOR CARS social program. They include: Artur Davis, Spencer Bachus, Parker Griffith, Robert Aderholt, Mike Rogers and Bobby Bright. The only one that voted against it was Jo Bonner. Why would these representatives vote on this social program in the economy we currently find ourselves in? I believe it is because American citizens have been asleep for too long and our elected officials have voted the way of the wind. Now, the sleeping giant is awake and the American tax payer is watching every vote and their money being thrown to the wind in the CASH FOR CLUNKERS PROGRAM and the future healthcare issue that the administration is suggesting to impose on the American will.

Happy Birthday President Obama which is it Kenya or Hawaii?

If you have been following the media reports about the birth certificate controversary since before Barack Hussein Obama was elected as 44th President of the United States, you add one more piece to this confusing puzzle. A newspaper birth announcement cropped up in Hawaii and now a notarized birth certificate has surfaced saying that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya. Kenya? Hmm, is that in Kansas? If this birth certifcate is authentic, how does this change the office of the president as it currently stands? As they say, that is the sixty-four thousand dollar question. Who is Nancy Pelosi? Where is Joe Binden? Will Wikipedia actually report any of this? Why should I care?

The Huffington Post is reporting that the birth certificate in Kenya is a fake which lends itself to more conspiracy. I would say if the Huffington Post says it's a fake then it must be REAL. Happy Birthday. Release the documents Mr. President and the mystery is solved!

Blue Dogs and Pink Monkies, Healthcare...What's the link?

I've seen a pink monkey but I have yet to see the RARE BLUE DOG. What is a blue dog? Recently, they have been in the news a bunch! Like a bunch of bananas!! Why? Why has this rare breed of animal been dispersed for roaming the streets of America? Will they be caught and forever restrained back into their holding cages or will they be euthanized like so many unfortunate animals that get loose for a romp through the neighborhood?

I'm just kidding of course. What I'm really speaking of are the BLUE DOG DEMOCRATS. If you've never heard of these before, check out their website. They are a rare and unique group of politically elected representatives that call themselves "democrat" but are fiscally conservative according to their website. I'm not sure such a beast really exists but like "bigfoot" we've seen video and photos over the years but we've never seen living proof of one!

Steve Elliot of Grassfire.org said, "First, like an angry "father", he[President Obama] took Democrat Blue Dogs to the woodshed at a White House closed door meeting. To no one's surprise, they emerged over two hours later having "struck a deal" behind closed doors that is even WORSE..." First of all, I didn't know the White House had a woodshed, I thought they were modernized with electric heat, running water and indoor toilets. It's ashame that President Obama thinks it necessary to go to a woodshed and beat a bunch of dogs!

This reminds me of a story a man who said his father used to beat him like he did his dog but it made him angry and hard hearted as an adult and that it affected him greatly. He further went on to say that his father was using intimidation and force to get what he wanted. I wonder if this is the tactic our president is using - intimadation and force? Look at the language the lead Blue Dog-Mike Ross (AR) said on July 7, 2009. (pdf file) and compare it to the one after his group met with President Obama on July 22, 2009. (pdf file) Do you see the difference? The language in the earlier one sounds like they enjoy the bounty of a free market choice system and that they actually believe it is the way to go. The language in the later one appears to be one that says, I give. ObamaCare is the way to go. Let us only hope it's not too late for these BLUE DOGS and they have a come to Jesus meeting with Jesus at the woodshed and not go along with the woodshed beating of Obama before the vote. What is at stake is our country! The Blue Dogs, if they really exist, may become extinct in 2010 and 2012!!

Will this man be the next Governor of Alabama?

I have heard people say if you like Barack Obama, then you'll love Artur Davis. First of all, the graphic on the left is not Barack Obama. This is U.S. Rep. Artur Davis from Alabama's 7th Congressional District. I've asked myself many times, "Why isn't Artur Davis the President instead of Barack Obama? He is 41 years old, Harvard Graduate and has many years of experience as a representative unlike President Obama's few months as Senator of Illinois.

If you look at the map of Davis's district you will notice that it is oddly carved up, thanks to former President Bill Clinton and includes mostly metro Birmingham and a very sparsely populated western segment of Alabama.

Rep. Davis is known by few but loved by many or is he? With Congressman Davis being a personal friend and huge supporter of the current president. Will he in fact govern like our current administration? Just recently, "Rep. Artur Davis explains his yes vote for the stimulus bill" in an article by WAFF. When the bill was voted on, he never read it. Neither of Alabama's Senators voted for it and Senator Shelby said, "I'd kill it" and Senator Sessions said, "I don't think its good for my children of grand children." In other words it has very little to do with stimulating our economy. The bill has more to do with Obama having a legislative victory early in his tenure in the White House than the effects of "stimulating the economy." Do Alabamaians want this type of philosophy come to their state? He said, "Is it a perfect bill? Of course it's not, but for the state of Alabama, it's going to wipe out proration, potentially, and it will help a lot of people in the state who are struggling right now," he said."

Furthermore he said, "Saving teachers jobs and helping the unemployed receive much needed benefits" are just two of the reasons why Davis said he voted yes.

Let's examine his words, he used the word "POTENTIALLY" which means it could but don't count on it. Then he used the phrasiology "help a lot of people who are struggling right now." That means everyone because the percentage of very wealthy people is so small it is essentially insignificant and therefore we all struggle.

Then we come across the "saving teachers jobs", which really means in Alabama, which has one of the largest Teachers UNIONS in the U.S., vote for me, you owe me and I will take care of the you-the teachers.

Lastly, I read his words helping the "unemployed received much needed benefits" and ponder the question why is that these people are unemployed and what plans does he have for HELPing them get a job instead of GIVING them more of our hard earned money? Sounds like Obamanomics to me with all the political speak and the, you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours' promises.

Whether you agree or disagree with the legitimacy of his birth certificate, you've got to admit the representative is clearly not able to handle the conformation with his constitutents, ...We The People. After all, we are the government aren't we?

Locally, we have our own versions of Representative Mike Castles' in the Birmingham, Alabama area who may or may not be in touch with their constituents regarding an illegal OCCUPATIONAL TAX that has been in existence for a number of years. This tax was instituted to levy tax on anyone who had the priviledge of working in the county of Jefferson whether or not they actually live in the county. If you don't know who your representative is, maybe it's time you learned and find out their position regarding this issue.

Global Warming VS. Baloney

I know what global warming is according to the media but what is baloney?

I had to do a little search to find out what the word "baloney" means. My search found it means, "nonsense." I'm not so sure that this is the only meaning the owners of a fastfood restaurant chain were getting at in Memphis, Tennessee. Considering that it might be a play on the food thing maybe it means something else. According to the Wise Geek, it means:

Okay, okay, I'm still not sure but it seems that bologna is something that is all mixed-up from different sources but for some reason it becomes palatable only if you fry it, add condiments, put it between two pieces of bread and then it becomes edible. Is that what the author of this sign was trying to convey about global warming? I mean that if the issue was left alone it wouldn't be any good or healthy for us but when shrouded in peripherals, then we would accept its' premise, even if it's "BALONEY." I think they might have meant "BOLOGNA." Well, whichever one they meant, WE GET THE MESSAGE!

In the news today, former speaker of the house, Newt Gingrich, indicated that the presidents plan to keep General Motors Corporation afloat and alive had "already failed."

He further went on to say, “Bureaucrats managing companies does not work, politicians dominating the economy does not work,” essentially saying that politicians should be politicians and owners of companies should be owners of companies. Gingrich was at a GOP fundraiser last night in Washington, D.C. where he made those comments.

The Rainy Day Patriots announced yesterday that author/speaker, Kevin Jackson, a self proclaimed "black conservative" will be feature speaker at the Birmingham/Shelby County Tea Party Rally-Celebrating Freedom.

He grew up on a cattle ranch in Texas, raised by his grandparents after the death of his mother. After he finished school with a degree in electrial engineering, he went into sales and sold his very successful multi-national six office company. Today, he is an executive in an IT consulting firm, and serves on the board of The Adoption Exchange in St. Louis.

He has just finished a book entitled, "The Big Black Lie" and writes a blog called "The Black Sphere Blog"

What Does a Cheese Sandwich, a Grill, a Cheeto and a Tortilla Chip Have In Common?

Well, I'm not going to tell you just yet but I will tell you that they belong to the category of weird, unusual and bizarre. If I give you some hints that two have to do with cheese, three are edible, two are made from corn, two have something to do with the Virgin Mary, one with Jesus and the other the devil. Have you guessed it yet?

Remember, back in 1987, before the days of the internet, various television and newspaper reports told of the image of the Virgin Mary as seen on the outside of a grilled-cheese sandwich? See article. The lady who purchased it claims that "the sandwich had brought her luck" with some casino winnings. An update to the same grill-cheese sandwich that we thought was silly and preposterous sold on ebay for, are you sitting down, $28,000 dollars. Whew! It not only brought her luck it brought her some hefty cash!

Okay, I'm not done yet, again the Virgin Mary's image continues to pop-up in various places and one very recently in Calexico, California on a restaurant grill. Yes, a grill. See article. Because of the large number of viewers, they've since retired the grill and "placed [it] in a shrine in the restuarant's storage room." Really, why not send it to Rome, Italy and let the Pope's cooks use it? Have you solved the mystery of what they have in common yet?

Let's venture further into the even weirder, a woman, while eating from a bag of "Cheetos", a snack food, almost crunched down on an image of "Jesus." Everyone that was interviewed on the video said it was absolutely amazing and couldn't believe the lucky find. Hey, they are lucky that they didn't find a rabbit's foot in that bag instead of Jesus she now calls "Cheesus" but I digress. A CBS reporter indicated this wasn't the first time Jesus had been found in a bag of the "popular snack food." Read article. How about now, any clues yet?

Locally in Alabama, a youth exclaims while eating his usual favorite snack food of "tortilla chips and hot-cheese dip," that he stumbled across the "devil" chip by accident. He said, "it wasn't just any devil chip, it was a "devil-ray or you know, a manta-ray, a fish." He further went on to say that discovering the extraordinary find or lucky find was "way-cool." He hopes to put it on display somewhere maybe even contact Ripley's Believe or Not or the Guinness World Records. The youth added, "maybe I'll be famous even though it wasn't the image of the Virgin Mary or Elvis maybe I was just lucky." Do you have it figured out now? All these finds have nothing tangible in common, just luck. What will you find today?
