Join the 2nd Annual Rainy Day Patriots Tea Party in Birmingham,AL/Shelby County on Tax Day April 15, 2010. Pre-Events begin at 3:00pm with the main event beginning at 6:00pm. Bring blankets, chairs and a picnic dinner. Don't forget your signs! Park close by at Spain Park High School immediately behind Veterans Park. Remember, there are 3 ways to get to the park. Highway 280, Highway 31, Interstate 65 at Valleydale, Caldwell Mill Road, as well as south from Highway 119.

Feature speakers: Chuck Heath and Chuck Heath Jr, Father and Brother of GOP 2008 Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin, Other Speakers include some of last year favorites, Matt Murphy 100.5, Lee Davis broadcasting LIVE and Michael Hart of 101.1, Steve and Leah of 105.5. Here Comes Kevin, Kevin Jackson that is!

The Rainy Day Patriots announced yesterday that author/speaker, Kevin Jackson, a self proclaimed "black conservative" will be feature speaker at the Birmingham/Shelby County Tea Party Rally-Celebrating Freedom.

He grew up on a cattle ranch in Texas, raised by his grandparents after the death of his mother. After he finished school with a degree in electrial engineering, he went into sales and sold his very successful multi-national six office company. Today, he is an executive in an IT consulting firm, and serves on the board of The Adoption Exchange in St. Louis.

He has just finished a book entitled, "The Big Black Lie" and writes a blog called "The Black Sphere Blog"

UPDATE:Pilot Bails Out of Plane to Fake Death in Alabama HE's Found!

Why would a man fake his death and go to all this trouble? Officials find after their initial probe of Marcus Schrenker who is 38, explain that he has multiple sclerosis, experienced a recent death in the family, owes huge amounts of debt, pilots his plane and makes a distress call to authorities. Later, he is seen on video at a motel in Harpersville, Alabama only after parachuting out of his plane. Supposedly he has previously hidden a motorcycle for use later before lying to police about how he had a canoe accident while wearing goggles. This is a made for television movie! Now, he is on the lose as authorities look for him. His mother explains that she loves him and that it's time to come home. See UPDATE says "He' found!"
