Murphy Monkey Goes Green?

While eating breakfast at a popular local eatery, the Murphy Murphy went green. It wasn't because of the delicious food that they serve but the monkey discovered while chatting with his friends and watching television that our presumptive republican presidential nominee, John McCain supports the green effect and that global warming is real. Propping up this unverifiable phenomenon means that you go green. McCain's strategic move away from the current Bush administration is supposedly making him look more un-Bush-like or less-conservative or should I say, mod-er-ate?
I'm guessing on my part that he believes the conservative vote is a shoe-in, that he doesn't need to work to get it that he's got it, but does he? The water cooler conversation says much more.

Whatever the reason, it's not the first time he has played this scenario with politics and issues. Read up on the following as a refresher:
"McCain-Feingold — the most brazen frontal assault on political speech since Buckley v. Valeo.
McCain-Kennedy — the most far-reaching amnesty program in American history.
McCain-Lieberman — the most onerous and intrusive attack on American industry — through reporting, regulating, and taxing authority of greenhouse gases — in American history.
McCain-Kennedy-Edwards — the biggest boon to the trial bar since the tobacco settlement, under the rubric of a patients’ bill of rights.
McCain-Reimportantion of Drugs — a significant blow to pharmaceutical research and development, not to mention consumer safety................."

Read article: McCain urges free-market principles to reduce global warming by the Associated Press. The title in itself is a contradiction and is in opposition to our free-market way of doing things in this country.
Maybe next week Senator McCain and the Murphy Murphy will go red or orange or even a combination of colors. What's your favorite COLOR?
