He did it! Matt Murphy, Radio Talk Show Host, was honored on Saturday, March 28, with an award by the Alabama Broadcasters Association called The "ABBY" Award for Large Market Morning Show on his "Matt Murphy Show" on WAPI-AM in Birmingham, Alabama.The event was held locally at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center. Hundreds of broadcasters, from all over the state, attended this celebration while only 50 broadcasters walked away with various distinguished awards.
